OUR PROCESS ~ What We Do
Using our team of assembled experts, we take an aggressive, intense and efficient process to do the following:
- Review financial data 1 week prior to onsite tour/working on-site
- Work onsite to correlate financial findings/reporting to actual; speak with key players and allow the Shoreline team to meet with data experts.
- Combine all of the data and present the top 3 – 5 findings with immediate and sustainable impact to EBITDA/Profit. Recommendations may include what to start and immediately what to stop doing.
- Organization is armed with powerful information to implement and execute plans that affect people and process to make or save money.
